How do I pay?
We accept all major International credit cards through 2CHECKOUT.
You can also choose to pay by wire transfer through Western Union , or send us a bank transfer. For more details please click here.
Can I send a gift, which is not included in your shopping cart?
Yes, you can send a gift, which is not, included in our shopping cart, please click here. We shall promptly get back to you to confirm whether it is possible or not, for us to arrange that specific gift for you and how you can pay for it.
Is my credit card number/bank a/c. number secure?
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, and it is accepted by third party (2CHECKOUT), and that means WE DON'T KNOW ANY DETAILS ABOUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get one E-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your E-mails and in the event you want any correction, please get in touch, for that it is highly recommended that you give us a valid and used email.
How do I know that gift has been delivered?
After delivery we shall send you the confirmation by E-mail, and you can always track your order through the website (click here).
Can I send a message with the gift?
Yes, you can send your message with the gift. Just type in your message in the message field which you'll find it in the checkout process, and it is recommended that you give us some information about the occasion in the "Special instructions" field (Birthday, Graduation, ...) so we can choose a suitable card to send your message in. We will send your message in a greeting card along with the gift.
